eHealth is the leveraged GNOC tool we use for standard link utilization (SNMP MIB query). The leveraged eHealth tool in Plano would need to have access into the router (same issue if the routers in question are not currently managed by GNOC).
---------------------------------------------
If the routers in question are not managed by GNOC yet, you’re probably going to have to wait until they are. NetQoS RA is a leveraged GNOC tool and there would need to be a recovery method for the Tools team (Bryan Mitchell) to be able to recovery for use of their tool. Other items to note:
-The routers will need to have NetFlow export turned on and directed to pollers (Harvesters and NetFlow Managers).
-The Harvesters and NetFlow Manager services are positioned in different geographies and ultimately report to the NetQoS Console.
-A NOtA request is needed most of the time to engage the necessary engineering teams (routers and firewalls) in order for paths to be opened from the routers to the Harvesters and NetFlow Managers.
-A support request into the leveraged Tools Team (Bryan Mitchell) is needed to get the routers to report into the NetQoS tool after the paths have been opened.
